Arrived in the post today thanks scotsbookie. Looks like a nice quick read so I think I'll squeeze it in when I finish my current book. Not long now!

A very nice, light, easy to read book. Just perfect for my week-end reading. Very entertaining, with great characters and chocolate box villages in the Cotswolds. Looking forward to reading no 2 in the series.

Thanks for sharing scotsbookie. I will be passing this on to calalilly very soon.

Passed onto me by Purplerosebud, sorry I didn't journal it straight away. I have started reading it and so far I'm really enjoying it.

A very quick and easy book to read. It made a change to read a light mystery book. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. Another new series to look out for and one I probably wouldn't have read if it wasn't for bookcrossing. I have received Weebly's address so I will be posting it off to her in the next day or two.

Thanks for the book which arrived this morning as the postman had put all our post through the neighbours door!

I am looking forward to reading it as I have read one from further on in the series and enjoyed it - but I do so love to read series books in order!

It is next in mount TBR.

What a lovely light read. It filled in all the history I had missed of how Agatha ended up in the Cotswolds and the arrival of her interesting neighbour!

Thanks for sharing x x

I am seeing WelshHelen on Wednesday to pass over boxes of books from caffcaff and Katisha50 - so I hope I remember to pass on this little book too!

You did remember :-) Thank you weebly and scotsbookie. I've nearly finished a ring book and this one will be next.

A light, fun read. I liked Agatha and the other cast of characters were well-drawn, too. Another author and series for me to look out for and all thanks to Bookcrossing :-) Thanks for sharing, scotsbookie.

I have Iojima's address and will post the book to her today.

Arrived today. Rings do all arrive in the same week, don't they? The 3 in front are mysteries, though, so it shouldn't take long to work forward to this one.

Much better than expected. I was afraid of cute and twee. What I got was a rather unlikeable, but intelligent, heroine who became more likeable as the story progressed. It wasn't too hard to figure out howdunit and there were a couple of clangers that didn't detract from the story overall. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.
Off to smallbluepebble when the address arrives.

A surprise delivery from France, how exciting! I'm looking forward to reading this one... I couldn't resist joining the ring for a book with such a surreal title.

Sadly, the title was the best thing about this book.

I shall be posting it to loopy1 tomorrow.

Being a small paperback, this book fitted through our letterbox, and was waiting for me when I came down to make the tea this morning. So it went back up with me and I've already read the first chapter.
A nice, relaxing, cozy mystery so far - interesting that this seems to be the American version, since despite being set in the cotswolds there's an elementary school nearby instead of primary school!
I'll journal more once I've finished. So far, interesting characters, and an enjoyable story.

I really enjoyed this book! It has all the charm of an Agatha Christie mystery, plus the added extra of really lively characters who grow and develop. I loved seeing how Agatha learnt through the book how to get on better now she'd given up work and retired, and the mystery was intriguing as well.

I'll be obtaining an address for this as soon as I can. Thanks!
