Mary Higgins Clark is my idea of the perfect "brain candy." A quick read; the book follows the standard formula--beautiful 30-something protagonist with a darling child faced with bodies falling dead around her, and yes, all men (or the great majority, anyway) are dirtbags. Perfect summer reading!
