Little Dorrit

Typical of a Dickens novel - a tale of love, misery, betrayal and poverty - rather drawn out.
It follows Little Dorrit (Amy) who has a harsh existence in a world that Dickens knew only too well. Worth a read if only for the historical aspect of Victorian Britain.
