2010 Plume trade paperback of the 2009 NYT Bestseller. I found this copy today in the free books pile on the porch of Dimond Library. It was in pieces, with the pages scattered all over. The previous reader left a note saying, "Great book. All the pages are here." Well, I did indeed find and recover the separated cover, and all the pages, even some that were slipped into other books, and I glued it all back together in order. So it almost looks like a pristine book again, although a bit rough around the edges, because you can never quite glue the binding back in place just right.

I can let this go after I read:
1997 The Virgin Blue [read 2021]
1999 Girl with a Pearl Earring [read 2014]
2001 Falling Angels [read 2024]
2007 Burning Bright [read 2019]

Edit May 6, 2024: This was good, but I just skimmed to end for time. I currently have this ranked at #1765 on my ranked list of best-read books lately. This copy is still holding up very well, even over a decade later after my repairs. Proud of myself.
