Picked up at the Used Book store
I was pretty disappointed in this story. The romance was stilted, the sex was okay (though I have read better), and the title was referring to a virtual game that allows you to explore your sexual fantasies without danger to yourself or others -- cool. Only our couple used it exactly twice, and the first time was more than half way through the book. This could have been good, but alas it was just...not.

I liked the characters of Adam and Lara. The sex was pretty good but the plot seemed thin. My main complaint is that breezy, take-charge Adam suddenly takes a brooding turn about halfway into the story, and the change is not explained by the events that occur. It's okay although I feel that I've definitely read better. And yes, the video game was a cool concept and one that was not explored to its potential.

Thanks flossie771 for the book that I chose from the erotica/steamy VBB. Can't wait to read it. Appreciate your mailing it to me...thanks again!
A contemporary erotic romance that features Lara, an American woman, and Adam, an English multi- millionaire. She takes a job in his financial firm, but is really sent to be a spy. Sparks ignite as soon as they meet, and all bets are off. The sex is too good, the man too yummy, and she can't do the spying. She wants a marriage proposal as they explore her proclivities for domination, but will she get a five-carat diamond in the end?
The virtual game idea was absolutely awesome, but not explored enough. The plot was a bit thin at times meandering all over the countryside (just like the Lara and Adam). It didn't follow all the trends--rich guy, check, but don't remember any green-eyed characters unless it was a very minor character so score one for the author.
