Well I'm not happy - they've just unconfirmed my confirmed booking. Sigh... I hope someone enjoys my room. Talk about a painful organisation to deal with. I'm now looking for somewhere else to stay.

Regarding problems with pre-registered labels. I've used them for all but two of the 1600 odd books I have registered & have never had a problem with them. Hope this helps!
