If I understand the context, I do not consult any dictionary.

Eine "Erfolgsquote" von 20% - das steht irgendwo in den FAQ, dass das durchaus normal ist. Bei mit wird auch nur etwa jedes fünfte Buch mit einem Eintrag bedacht, und ich habe inzwischen bald 100 freigelassen :-)

Looks like a more complicated problem.
I did as I was told, pushed the "delete book" button and the "do-you-really-want-to delete-button" afterwards, but the book i.e. the the second copy didn't vanish!
