No this is a stick on label from BC and is like the starter kit I got if my memory is right. No hurry so will just keep on the desk and see what comes up.

It had a name and a number with a town- Lopez Island, WA. I think it could be a person who had a different name in the past. I will give it a new number and put a line over the other one but so you can see it. Nice trade…
