This happens a lot for me in the UK - UK ISBNs are often different to the same book in the US as far as I can tell.
The BC site uses the Amazon.com database (I read somewhere), so it's dependent on what they have got …

My catch rate is relatively 'average', but on a much lower release rate, so the numbers don't seem to add up. More releases would imply more catches.
Some were with home-made labels and post-its, some with BC release …
