Shakespeare is meant to be performed, not read. Unfortunately, high schools can turn kids off to Shakespeare by simply reading it. It is much better to have the class perform it.

Absolutely. We (and especially Mrs. Hootnoodle) go to a library sale every month and to many garage sales. Our garage is full of boxes of books purchased just for release. Our releases do not reveal our reading tastes…
