Me too! I have my mom's - it's falling apart and stained on almost every page...but I will never part with it. All the dishes I remember from my childhood came out of that cookbook.

I don't remember crying after reading any books when I was a kid. The first book that made me cry as an adult was The Hundred Secret Senses by Amy Tan.

I would want to have L. Frank Baum's autograph. I have a copy of The Wizard of Oz with illustrations by W.W. Denslow from 1956 that I treasure.
