The last bookring book I received contained a RABCK from my cliff1976 wishlist. What a nice surprise! From now on, whenever I send a book out, I'll check and see if I can fulfill a wish, too.

I have discovered that the USPS has some international flat rate priority mail envelopes - a small one for $5 up to 4lbs and $9 for a bigger one.
