I read somewhere on this site how to send books to the USA at a cheap postal rate. Does anybody remember what and how this can be done?

I grew up in MA, and moved to Germany 1966. I always missed the hugh shopping malls, so during our USA trip I did take some pictures at Walmarts. Guess I was lucky, no one seemed to take notice.
