Support: Potential duplicate replies
Thanks to Ardik (once again!), this bug has been zapped, and a large number of messages have now filtered through.
That said, it is clear there are a large number that have somehow been duplicated... therefore we just want to apologise in advance if you have already received a reply from us, and then today you get a new one!
We are trying our best to decipher if it's a duplicate message, but in some cases we can't be sure.
