Contact Us is back up; backlog is now cleared

We reported last week that there was an issue with messages sent via Contact Us not being received by the Support Team, and Ardik followed up on this to highlight that he had fixed the blocker, but had unearthed the issue of some 300 messages that had been held up in the blockage, that needed to be responded to.

We're happy to report that all messages have now been responded to.
If you haven't received a response to a message that you have sent (please ensure you check in your spam/junk folder just to be sure), it would appear that this has not, and will not be delivered to us. Therefore we suggest you resend it via the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.

Thank you for your patience while Ardik worked through fixing the block/ issue. and also while the Volunteer Support Team got to answering all of the outstanding tickets.
