Are you ready to Read Across America?

The National Education Association's Read Across America, which began as a one-day event to celebrate reading on Dr Suess' March 2 birthday, has grown into a nationwide initiative that promotes reading every day. There are fantastic special events planned for this year (though nothing can top our last year's Seussentennial release challenge, hosted by kz4ufo.) The NEA website also has a list of gift suggestions, lesson ideas, or recommendations on what to read to kids. Check it out!
