Extended Profile
Ok. I'm married to a wonderful guy for 29 years and have 4 children. They're all grown and out of the house now. I enjoy camping with my hubby, but my first love is reading. I've read all my life - even winning a contest in 1st grade and receiving a HUGE
Cinderella storybook as a prize.
Some folks think I should be writing instead of reading. Well, I'm going to try to write, but (pssst!) I'm going to keep on reading!!!
I mostly enjoy thrillers (ie. James Patterson, Scottoline, etc). But I enjoy the newbies, too. I am always eager to ready a new author. I do NOT read romance novels (ie. Steele, etc). So, I'm a bit more particular than most readers, I suppose. But then, again, there's SO much out there that I don't think I will ever run out of books to read.
Oh, and the Kindle/Nook/whatever? NEVER!! Give me a good book with paper pages to hold in my hand! Love the smell of a new book!
