Extended Profile
I have always loved books. My mother said she started by putting cloth books in my crib to get me used to being around them. So my first experience with books was chewing on them, thus combining my two great loves, reading and eating.
My goal in life is to say "yes" more than I say "no", since I've only regreted the things I haven't done in my life and not the things I have.
Some of my happiest memories are of my father and mother sitting in the living room reading in their favorite chairs and each of them dozing off with their reading glasses at the edge of each of their nose. My parents let me read anything and everything I wanted and they let me discuss all subject matter as well. Ignorance is what holds people prisoners and knowledge is what sets them free. I really do believe that literacy could set alot of minds and bodies free.
I like to go on adventures. When I can't go on one, I do the next best thing and have one through a good book.
