Welcome to my bookshelf!
Due to the cost of postage, I do not mail books to other bookcrossers. My plan is to gradually release books which are available on my bookshelf in my local area & I welcome requests for books from other Sydney based bookcrossers. PM me if there is a book you are after... if you want to mail it overseas or start a ring with one of my available books, feel free.
If you're an antipodean reading this, I belong to a number of yahoo groups relating to local BookCrossing activities:
The BCSydney mailing list: where Sydney BookCrossers hang out and organise informal get togethers, notifications of book sales etc. If you're planning on visiting Sydney, feel free to post if you want to meet local BCers & you can come along to one of our gatherings. They're very informal & lots of fun!
The BCSydMeetups mailing list : This is a slightly more formal list which notifies local BookCrossers of our regular monthly bookdrinks gatherings. We meet in a city pub for a meal & a few drinks, book swapping & lots of great conversation.
The BCAUS mailing list: where BookCrossers from NZ & AU hang out.
