Extended Profile
I am a total book junkie. I will read anything and hope to pass on good reads to other folks. I love history, science, science fiction, poetry, mystery and suspense, erotica, and lots of other stuff as well. A child of wonder: I'm interested in everything!
Well ,almost. Now that I'm a mom, horror has lost its appeal.
A frugal person by nature, I have strong view of recycling and stewardship for the earth and her resources. This seems to fit right in alongside dropping off old magazines at the hospital, buying thrift store clothes and re-using things as much as possible. I've also been known to trash-pick ;especially if I spy a pile of books in the heap. Thanks to those of you who also re-use envelopes and have shown me new ways to re-use! You all are my heroes.
** If you see anything on my shelf you like that is available; PM me and ask about it. I've had good luck trading reads by mail. I have never "kept" a book. Please rest easy knowing that after a few weeks at my house , your book will be released. After all, that's the point right? If I loved your book that much then I should buy my own copy. I have been the recipient of many RABCK's. Thanks so much to many generous folks. I love to send RABCK's! If you need something let me know.
My private collection is not listed. My pet peeve is those folks who list books without the intention of sharing.
Please have a nice life!
