Extended Profile
My poor mother patiently spelled out words as I followed her about all day asking, "How do you spell .....?" That's how I learned to read before I was old enough to go to school. I've been reading non-stop ever since.
I used to feel that I owed it to the author to finish every book I started but not anymore. At 100 pages I decide whether to finish or stop reading a book. There are just too many wonderful books to read. Why waste time on one that doesn't hold my interest?
I wish I had known about BookCrossing before I gave about 150 books to Goodwill. From now on, I'll release my books to the wild. This is going to be so much fun!
