Hello! My name is Cindy. I am a Respiratory Therapist and work weekends, plus some, at a local nursing center. In between reading textbooks, professional magazines and preparing for tests... I like to read something relaxing and entertaining. (definitely not world crisis and politics right now) :0
I have been away from Bookcrossing for quite awhile and joined back in this summer (2019).
A lot of things have happened in about 15 years of time. but in particular the past 2 years. January of 2018 I was in the hospital for 5 days and nights. February we lost our lovable kitty, Toby, from old age. We gained a new kitty named Skittles. Also I left one job and went to another. July 2018 I had a car accident and totaled the car. Bought a new car. August my boyfriend learned he had colon cancer and had surgery. September we started talking about selling our house and moving into 55+ apartments. December we moved in. This year was fairly calm until my Mom slowed down and she passed away at the age of 78 (June 12, 2019). My boyfriend and I became husband and wife on June 27. And now my husband found out he has cirrhosis of the liver and cancer. He is awaiting treatment next week and total transplant in the future. Please pray for us.

Well....that's a mouthful. What's going on with everyone else? Isn't life crazy? It seems like we are going fast forward all the time. Hold your head high, think positively and count your blessings everyday. Peace and love to you. Sincerely CindyB
