Extended Profile
"When I get a little money, I buy books; and if any is left, I buy food and clothes."
... Erasmus
"The quality of life is determined by its activities."
... Aristotle
Books to the ceiling,
Books to the sky,
My pile of books is a mile high.
How I love them! How I need them!

... Arnold Lobel

"Get them off your shelves, into your hands, turn those pages, feel the love and get it right on moving."
... our own MissMarkey. I really liked this comment - a reminder to be considerate about other members' books sent to us. Read them, journal them, send them along according to the original sender's wishes, if any. Be kind to fellow BookCrossers!
"Next Week Will Be Better"
... Jean Ruryk
a favourite book of mine, from which I took my BC name.

I like vintage mysteries from the 1930s-40s, some modern mysteries, some chick-lit or general modern fiction, and occasionally a good non-fiction book or book about finance.
