My son and I moved from Murray,KY to Albuquerque in July, 2002. We are both avid readers, as are my brothers, sister and parents. I feel certain that setting books free to land in the arms of those who might enjoy them, and then pass them on, is much preferable
to having books sit on my shelves.
Also, the next time I move, maybe I won't have 45 boxes of books to lug!
Recently, the group of kids at Taft Middle School sent out encouraging e-mails to those of us in the area, and I appreciate that. It got me moving in the right direction. And those kids will know that many people will find and read books that they might not have ever thought of reading. What a success!
