With an idea hatched in year 2008, The New Asia BookCrossing Society (NABCS) aims to promote reading and book sharing among staff and students at New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, through BookCrossing. Apart from making New Asia College,
CUHK the first official BookCrossing zone in Hong Kong, the society has a vision to spread the book sharing phenomenon all over the campus and then, hopefully to the Hong Kong community. In line with the promotion of reading, the NABCS plans to organize reading
groups, book talks and book sales, among many others.
