From time to time I get pm's from very generous bc'ers asking why I don't have a wishlist. Here's why..they are to hard for me to maintain! lol My shelf DOES NOT reflect only my personal reading taste. Not only do I get books for myself, but for my MIL,
who enjoys historial/western romance, and my SIL, who enjoys smut.
But in general, here's my likes and dislikes..
I don't care for sci-fiction, paranormal, Silhouette/Harlequin romance or fantasty. I love books with deep human emotions and books that make you fall in love (or love to hate) with the characters. I get a serious reading high from good memoirs. I love finding unknown gems, no Danielle Steel, Nora Roberts PLEASE!!
Things I love in general are, flying at bookcrossing, flavored coffee creamers (I adore Vanilla Caramel), candy, chocolate, smelly lotions, scented candles, bookmarks from where you live and anything that will remind me of you, the giver. :)
