I'm hoping to form a discussion group molded on the European coffee house model where people can come together to discuss politics, books, ideas, among fellow members of the community. It derives the name from Christopher Phillips' book _Socrates' Cafe_. It's a person to person discussion forum, not a debate. The idea is to suggest a topic and explore it through informal discussion. I was a member of a similar group that met in a Savannah mall bookstore for three years. It is a fun and worthwhile activity.
