Extended Profile
Anything marked as "available" on my shelves is up for grabs!
I enjoy reading (obviously, haha), occasionally writing, traveling when I can, cooking & baking (love cookbooks!), and playing video games! I collect postcards, both old & new, and also love visiting lighthouses, flea markets, antique shops, and thrift stores! I drink tea over coffee and I have two cats as well.
The books I enjoy the most are those that have been annotated and/or highlighted - there's something just so personal about seeing someone else's thoughts as they read or the passages they found important.
Books read in 2018: 89
Books read in 2019: 86
Books read in 2020 (as of August!): 125
My favorite genres are magical realism, young adult, light fantasy, and horror. My two favorite series are "Wayward Children" by Seanan McGuire and "The Houses of Penance" by Sean Davies, while some of my all-time favorite books include "The Immortalists" by Chloe Benjamin and "Forgive Me, Leonard Peacock" by Matthew Quick.
