Extended Profile
I am a school librarian and I think I have the best job in the world. I get to connect daily with some of my favorites...kids and books! And Bookcrossing is very much like a traveling library without shelves.
As a young girl, I was one of those kids who would read with a flashlight under the covers or by the hall light through the crack in my door. Now I am a Middle School librarian and before this, I worked for an independent bookstore. As you can see, books have been an important factor for me all my life. In my first career, I was a flight attendant for TWA so linking books with world travel is an idea that I can grab onto!
In the past couple of years, my travel has been on foot over sections of the Appalachian Trail which I hope to complete someday so, if my pack is not too heavy for a trip, there is every likelihood of finding one of my releases in a shelter on the AT.
Happy trails and happy reading!
