I love to read anything and everything and wish I had more hours in the day to do it! OK, my 9 year old has just reminded me that I dont like to read war novels. Too true, historical novels are good, but anything involving wars in this century make my eyes glaze over. LOL Favourites would be mysteries, thrillers and horror novels, although I collect anything regarding ancient history, druidry/celtic, and other esoteric stuff.

Currently reading:

Bookrings:

www.bookcrossing.com/---/book_-The-Holy-Blood-and-the-Holy-Grail-Michael-Baigent,-Richard-Leigh,-Henry-Lincoln

Bookrays:

Let the Right One In by John Ajvide Kindqvist - 581-7336703
Flaubert's Parrot by Julian Barnes - 886-3768810

Wish list:

As a Cherokee who lives in England, I search constantly for any books regarding Native Americans or American history, as I cannot find anything here - especially children's non-fiction books or novels, as there is absolutely nothing here to teach my child his heritage. You wouldn't beleive how hard it is to find Charlie Brown! LOL

I also avidly collect books on autism, mental health and teaching children with disabilities, ancient history/religion/archeology, druidry and celts, knights templar, etc. There are so many books since The Da Vinci Code hit the shelves. It is difficult to find something with different information.

Other than those above - I read anything anyway, so wishing for something with print on it! However, I can see that looking at other BC'er's available lists will cause my house to burst at the seams. LOL So, I will stick to what is really important - the History/Cultural and Psychology/Psychiatry.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FOLLOWING WISHLIST AS IT IS OUT OF DATE & I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN INFORMATION THERE. DOH.

2009 Goal - A stressfree year without a goal - but a small goal-like idea to clear out yet more of the TBR's (currently about 130 if there are 50 per page here) - so buying a "minimum" of books and accepting the fact that the print in some of them is just too small to read!
