I'm a married man, with a baby boy; Archie, who has filled my life with joy, love and insomnia.

I'll read pretty much anything (except romance and autobiographies) and since childhood have held books in some kind of worshipful awe. Joining BC has been hard for me, as I have always found it painful losing a book but, hey, my shelves are full & I need to make room for others.

I'll only ever set free books that have truly had an impact on my life, so if you've found one of my books I hope it touches you in the way that it has me and please pass it on, whether you give it to a friend, leave it by the pool on holiday, or drop it on the bus.

You never know; one day I might be on holiday in Outer Mongolia and stumble across a book that I set free. Stranger things have happened.
