Extended Profile
bibliophile, bordering on bibliomaniac
mother of a seven year old with a passion for everything including books
pet peeve: why don't grown up books have pictures?
once took a suitcase of books to a friend in belize for donation there, have been wondering ever since who read them? included Anne Rice's "feast of all saints"
current interest: ancient history, religious beliefs, esp. mirrors
what is the meaning of "redemption" in christian belief? I'm stuck on that one. To me, the crucifixion is a version of the "scapegoat", and unnecessary once one reaches a certain level of psychological maturity.
can anyone explain this to me?
