Extended Profile
hello,
I'm on the wrong side of 40 no children and work in a hospital in London England.
I used to read on the train to and from work, then in covid I took to cycling it. Waiste line is showing no sign of decreasing just like Mt Tobie. I still read most evening a habit started as a child which I will probably never grow out of.
I have a few book rules:
-Never read a book twice; there are too many books and too little time.
-Never keep a book you won't read again ( I do keep and re-use text books, cook books et al).
- Try not to horde books to read, it is selfish someone else could read that book.
The day unit where I work has many books abandoned to fate, so I have been designated to register and release them so the my book shelf will look a little weird, but they will be able to see out of the window again sometime soon.
There is also a shelf in the dept. tea room.....
Trying to read something classic (top 1000 list) then something of mount Toobie; which is only 6shelves and a large pile in the living room, both side of the bed there are even books in my panniers, finished degree number 4. do let me say yes again
Professional stuff next. Luck yes please lots.
Other than that...oh and I have a 3 moggies, ride big bikes. Degree 4 finished soemone has suggested a book. NO!!
So if I disappear occasional please bear with me.
Thanks for looking still trying to fathom the new wish list thingy. I miss cliff.
