I need some books on customer care etc, ive been meaning to get some for ages, ive did a couple of courses a couple of deacades ago, but things have changed since then.
I run a car recovery / towing truck company, and my colleagues in the industry that live the other end of the country said to read up on customer care & associated interests.
i havent got a loy of time to do it, but i'll try.
