My name isn't Beatrice (though I've always liked it) and I'm not 29, but she is one of my favorite characters from Shakespeare, and her first line is line 29. If I was forced to pick a favorite author, it would be Jane Austen--I plan on setting all of her novels loose. I'm also a fan of fellow Missourians Mark Twain and Kate Chopin. I like to think of myself as a Poetry Geek Extraordinaire.Other favorites include Sarah Waters, Virginia Woolf, Emma Donoghue, and A.S. Byatt. My goal is to have one of my books wind up in a different country by pure happenstance.
