Extended Profile
I'm really addicted to reading. I used to be that girl who sat against the building during recess to read a good book. I didn't care about hopscotch, or playing - just give me a book!
My favorite types of books are true crime, sociology/psychology, and memoirs/autobiographies. I also like reading about other religions and cultures. Medicine is another weakness of mine - I read medical dictionaries front to back! I really like books about alternative medicine as well. The best author, by far, on this topic is Andrew Weil. He is one of my favorite authors as well as Ann Rule (true crime) and Chris Bohjalian (fiction suspense)
My favorite childhood book was Matilda (I still have my copy!!).
My weakness is the Harry Potter series -- I already have #6 preordered!
