Extended Profile
No longer working after a career in health and social work, I have more time for reading. My preference is for 'literary' novels but I also love a good mystery. Favourite authors would include Carol Shields, David Lodge, Jane Smiley, Rose Tremain, Wayne
Johnston, Anita Shreve, Kate Atkinson, Peter Robinson, Reginald Hill - too many to mention really. As well as reading, I enjoy listening to books on tape, theatre, opera, art galleries - and I dabble in water colours.
