Extended Profile
Time to rearrange my profil.
About me:
I'm a 25 yo medicine student from Mainz, the city where Johannes Gutenberg invented the art of bookprinting. In fact he lived in the house next door ;)
Naturaly I'm a bookworm. I can't pass by a bookstore without buying at least one book. Since I'm living right in the center of the homecity of printed books, that is a rather expencive hobby and at the end of my money there is always lot's of month left (so sending on bookrings might take until the next month).
I learned about bookcrossing from our university newspaper (STUZ). Next day I released a book at the university, which got a journal even before I was back home. Two days later I caught a book from the lucky hunter. Within a week I had read that book and released it again in the universities library. And that one got a journal the next day. Well, and that is the way I got hooked on bookcrossing.
The challenges I take part in 2006:
The MTBR Challenge..1/06 through 7/06
2006 52 towns in 52 weeks challenge
A-Z last name release challenge 2006
nobelprice read and release Challenge 2006
