Extended Profile
I come from Brisbane in Australia and love Romance (historical, erotic and (especially) Regency), sci fi and fantasy as well as the school-girl novels of the early 1900's to 1960's.
Favorite authors include:
Jasper Fforde
Georgette Heyer
David & Leigh Eddings
Janny Wurts
Eleanor Brent-Dyer
Barbara Cartland
Anne McCaffrey
Mary Grant Bruce
Terry Pratchett
Douglas Adams
and many others.
I my spare time, do historical re-enactment with the Society for Creative Anachronism (I research historical embroidery, costuming and the role of women in society). Yes - I am an embroidery nut.
I write and enjoy reading fanfic and am an active member of several fandoms.
To support my hobbies, I work as an Executive Assistant in the IT division of a Government agency.
