Update June 2012,

I am not signing up for new rays until I've hacked down my own TBR pile a bit. The good news is that this will make books available for rings and RABCKS. I'm busy away from bookcrossing too, so even though it looks like I'm not active, I am (although in a small way :)) If there's a ring that I'm due for, please pm, because I have constant access to email and can reply quickly - especially if it's Sandman, because I'm loving those and can always find time to read them :)

Claire xx

Hi,

I joined bookcrossing after picking up a wild release in the Open University coffee bar in Milton Keynes, my home town.

I love reading all sorts of books, but I rarely read a book twice, so I'm happy to pass them on. Only the really good ones get to stay on my bookshelf.

My favourite authors at the moment are Isabelle Allende, David Mitchell and Neil Gaiman. My favourite books include Wuthering Heights and most books by Thomas Hardy.

I also write and belong to the Leighton Buzzard Writing group. I write mostly short stories and a little poetry, but I've just started a novel for teens.

I don't have much time for reading, so I only bookcross on a small scale, so I don't keep people waiting too long.

These are the rings I'm currently hosting:
