Extended Profile
I think of a book as a portal into another world that I can enter any time I want. An added bonus is that I can carry this portal around with me everywhere I go! If I am really enjoying a book, I find myself not wanting to get to the end, because I know
that after the book is over, the portal is closed, and I will not be able to get back there. I'm currently reading the book "Clan of the Cave Bear" by Jean Auel, and am delighted that there are 4 or 5 books in the series. I won't have to dread getting to the
end of each book, because I can read the next book and pick up where I left off!
