Hello all,
I'm a graphic designer working in Co. Kerry, Ireland. I stumbled cross this site by accident last month (June) and love the idea. I moved house recently, but have stacks of books at home, am planning to go through them and release my first books this weekend (the August Bank holiday weekend.)
I have always been a fast reader, and usually have a couple of books on the go. Current favourite authors include:
George RR Martin, Lynn Flewelling, Eoin Colfer, Jeff Long, Jeffrey Deaver, Douglas Adams, John Steinbeck, Louis de Bernieres, Roald Dahl, Carl Hiaasen, Walter Macken, Colin Bateman, John Connelly, Terry Pratchett, ....bit of a mixed bag I know!
My home-house is groaning with books, we are all avid readers, but once we read them, we're not very good at keeping track of them. We usually lend books to people, forget who we lent them to, and never see them again. (The books, not the visitors!) As I say, I must go through my books this weekend and find out which books I currently have, then I will set up my bookshelves. Am more than happy to lend my books out, once they're not MIA already!
