November 20,2005 update
I never thought that logging in books would be so difficult. Not the act, just NOT READING and skimming each one as I go along. I've lately been caught up in Wonderland with Alice. Frankly, I could just slap some duct tape across her mouth because she really does talk alot. I kinda' see why they made many different and shorter versions of this story. It has been fun reading the real on though. Thanks again to all who donated... joann;)

Eagle to Roos, Eagle to Roos.
The motherload has landed and I'm so happy to be swamped with books. The BCAUS convention books are here and they are all mine!!!!
Mine to be read, released and shared. Bookcrossers are the greatest people and thanks to everyone who sent a book. A big thanks to CACKLEBERRY for all of his work and cyber handholding while the books got through Customs:)
WOO HOO!!!!!!!
I'm know it is in bad taste to say it but ENVY ME and pray for my husband who, when told I had won said, "Oh God, not more books!"
Can you believe that?!
September 6, 2005 UPDATE BCAUS bookprize
Ok, Cackleberry went to the ends of Australia, jumped through hoops, ate fire and danced the hokey-pokey to get the books boxed up, shipped, freighted, and fees paid. A big WOOHOO! to Cackleberry. Now I have to go get customs clearance (long story!) and pay the warehouse handling fee and the books should be free to be logged in and freed.

July update:
Cackleberry has kept me informed every step of the way. The books are being shipped by sea then by either train or truck:)
I pray that they get delivered to my door. I could never lift a box like that (wink)!

NOTE:April 2005
I was in a car accident and haven't been active with my bookcrossing. If I owe you a book please be patient--I'm just slow on the go right now. I haven't forgotten.... joann:)

I'm a homemaker, wife, doula and a supermom of twins boys (9yrs old) who developed Autism. I love to read books and my tastes are now growing from the paperback romance novels, plus, those suckers are getting expensive. I love my computer and it is a true lifeline out into the world. I knit baby blankets on my knitting machine and my newest hobby is reading diet books and trying to imagine me actually doing what they say :)~
Kind words and smiles mean more to me in life than a pound of gold.... not that I wouldn't like to have the gold. In that spirit, share a hug and make me smile.... just give me a click below. (Thanks fellow bookcrosser MRJIGGS for having this on your page)
