Extended Profile
I love to read, reading is my passion in life. When I was little I wanted to read every book in our local library, now I realize I will never catch up - authors keep writing more!
I have finally started making a dent in my bookshelves; thanks to wild releases, my fellow readers here at Bookcrossing and on the home front.
Books FREE to good home! You must be local because I just never make it to the post office, no matter how good my intentions are.
Here is how my status system works:
Permanent collection - these are books that I am not willing to part with. My family and friends (you know who you are) may borrow them whenever you wish.
Reserved - these are books that are either out on loan to friends and family or have been requested by other Bookcrossers. Ask me and I'll track it down for you.
To Be Read: I either have not read or want to re-read these books.
Traveling: These books are out of my hands.
Available: These are books just waiting to get out of my bookcase and into your hands!
Currently Reading:Wolves of the Calla. Just read: The Alienist.
Favorite books: How can anyone pick just one? I think I have a special book for every year of my life. I truly love fairy tale books, especially beautifully illustrated children's editions. I also love books that can actually make me cry (but not in that icky Nick Sparks kind of way).
