I am a fify-plus woman, who is a grandmother and single. I work in the insurance industry. I have always loved books and sharing them. Much earlier in my life, I would give away books to strangers who expressed an interest in what ever I happened to be reading at the moment and I mark important times in my life by the books I have read. While pregnant I enjoyed rereading the Alexandria Quartet by Lawrence Durrell, one of my all time favorites. As a result, I have read it at least four times!! Unfortunately I usually run to low brow reading as what I enoy reading most are english murder mysteries, because I read for enjoyment and to get away from reality. Murder is about the only thing that has not happened in my life. LOL I am looking forward to releasing a few good books (as well as some of my favorites!) and making the cyber aquaintance of other like-minded people.
