I work for the local newspaper in Winston-Salem, NC, and no I am not a reporter. I am a single mother of two and enjoy reading during my spare time. My favorite reading time is early mornings on Saturday and Sunday, I love to wake up early before the kiddo's wake and read in bed, so peaceful. My favorite books right now are the RED DRESS INK books, I am so totally addicted to them it's really ridiculous. I just love Chic-lit, can't get enough. Guess you will notice that if you take a look at my bookshelf.

I am a huge X-Files fan. I hated to see the show end, but all things must come to an end, and I can still look forward to the next stand alone movie, and of course pay big $$'s and buy the season DVD's as they are released. And sadly enough I do this, why you say?, I guess I am just totally addicted to Mulder and Scully and yep, THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE. I also enjoy watching the Gilmore Girls on the WB, and my secret indulgence was Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and sadly now it has been cancelled. But I can still catch it in reruns, woo hoo! And of course there are those pricey DVD's again. Don't cave in, don't cave in! I must repeat this mantra three times daily. Now my fav shows are Joan Of Arcadia, The OC and Survivor (yeah they are on at the same time so my VCR gets a good workout) and Oh Yeah, My FAV NEW SHOW - LOST! Love it, love it, love it! Yep, I am a TV junkie as well as bookworm. A girls gotta have something she likes to do, right?
