I am a 56 year old female with two grown daughters, a husband of 32 years that I still like and an interesting job. I was a Licensed Practical Nurse for 27 years. I retired to stay home, got bored and took a job with the U.S. Government as a Clerk Typist in 1991. My boss thought I had potential and gave me opportunities to take Government classes and work my way up. I am now a Program Manager in Foreign Military Sales. This gives me the opportunity to travel overseas and enjoy experiences that a girl from a tiny southern town would never have had otherwise.
