About TRADES and RABCKS:
I'm currently not actively participating in BookCrossing, and prefer to exchange books in person.
About me and my BookCrossing philosophy:
I have registered books both in my permanent collection and those I intend to release. If you receive a book from me, feel free to add it to your personal collection, unless we specifically agreed otherwise.
The types of books I love to read are: queer (especially sapphic) books, speculative fiction, cozy mysteries and books from around the world.
I read mostly in English, but also in other languages, especially Finnish and Swedish.
Some of my favorite books are:
Casey McQuiston: One Last Stop
Casey McQuiston: Red, White & Royal Blue
Dahlia Adler: Cool for the Summer
C.L. Clark: The Unbroken
Alexis Hall: Boyfriend Material
Sonora Reyes: The Lesbiana's Guide to Catholic School
Tamsyn Muir: Gideon the Ninth (and the whole Locked Tomb series)
Eliot Schrefer: The Darkness Outside Us
Sara Paretsky: V.I. Warshawski series
Fannie Flagg: Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe
Leslie Feinberg: Stone Butch Blues
Octavia E. Butler: Kindred
Alice Walker: The Color Purple
Sherman Alexie: The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian
Anchee Min: Red Azalea
Helene Hanff: 84 Charing Cross Road
Sara Lövestam: Tillbaka till henne
How I Rate My Books
10* Excellent. This book has impacted me deeply and belongs to my Crown Jewels.
9* Great book - just a nitpick stands between it and a 10.
8* Good, solid book that I would recommend to kindred spirits.
7* Good book, with something I like and something I dislike.
6* The book is OK, but just not my cup of tea.
5-4* I did not appreciate much. Maybe somebody else would like this.
3-2* In my opinion, a disaster.
1* A general disaster.
