Extended Profile
Hello from Maine's capital city! I live here with my wife Nancy.
Many of the books I give away here are ones my wife has read--I pass along her ratings when I journal them. I also pick up lots of books with the idea of letting them go--so you shouldn't give me credit (or blame!) for all the books that appear on my shelf.
The books I have listed here as Perm. Collection are ones I would be willing to loan out (but would want back). I'll consider trades for things listed as Available on my shelf. The US Postal Service has abolished its Surface Mail rate, making overseas shipping very costly--so I will *not* usually be able to send books outside of North America unless there's a very good trade involved.
So far, I've sent books to or given them away in the following places:
US: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, IL, FL, GA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY.
International: Australia, Brazil, Canada (Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta), Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iraq, Israel, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Tonga, and the United Kingdom.
NOTE: There is a bug on the site saying I don't want to be contacted for trades. That is not so in my case.
