Extended Profile
My reading interests span the spectrum. I really enjoy historical books about early America, The Civil War, Westward Migration, and I also love a good historical romance now and then. I also enjoy mystery/suspense books.
Reading is something I inherited from my mom. She read everything. I can't remember a time when she wasn't reading a book sometime during the day. When I was 11 years old, my father moved us to a remote part of Northern California where we didn't have television reception, and radio reception only came in at night. I started reading and haven't stopped.
The next best thing to reading a good book, is sharing it. My sister-in-law introduced me to Book Crossing, and I've enjoyed releasing and sharing books. (thanks Chris!)
Book Crossing is such a wonderful way to open the world for others to enjoy books too!
